Your ticket includes full access to all keynote sessions, interactive workshops, networking receptions, catered meals (Friday dinner, Saturday lunch & dinner, Sunday breakfast), and conference materials.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

If your plans change, you can transfer your registration to another person at no charge up to 7 days before the event. Under our Ticket-Back Guarantee, if you attend the Friday sessions and feel the conference isn’t for you, notify the registration desk before Saturday morning for a full refund.

Where is the conference held and how do I get there?

The conference is hosted at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, FL. The resort is located 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Rideshares (Uber/Lyft) and taxis are readily available from the airport.

Are hotel accommodations included in the ticket?

Standard conference tickets do not include hotel rooms. A discounted group rate link will be emailed to registered attendees. VIP tickets include a 2-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress.
